Terms of Service

Autonomous Protocol Usage & Service Agreement

1. Protocol Overview & Non-Custodial Architecture

AutoMint operates as a decentralized, non-custodial automation interface and cloud scheduler designed to monitor EVM smart contracts (including OpenSea SeaDrop protocols) and dispatch user-authorized mint transactions upon phase release.

By accessing or utilizing the AutoMint application, interfaces, smart contract relays, or background daemons, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue all usage immediately.

2. Automation Fee Structure & Refund Policy

  • Fixed Automation Fee: Each scheduled sniper stage requires an automation fee of $1.00 USD, payable in native cryptocurrency (ETH, POL, AVAX) or deducted from your internal Account Balance.
  • Instant Automated Balance Refund: If a scheduled stage fails to mint (e.g. drop mints out, wallet reaches stage allocation limit, on-chain contract reverts, or you manually cancel an unminted bot session), the full $1.00 USD fee per unminted stage is immediately and automatically refunded back to your Account Balance.
  • Non-Reversibility of Confirmed Mints: Fees consumed by successfully confirmed on-chain mints resulting in the receipt of an NFT cannot be refunded or revoked.

3. Private Keys & Ephemeral Cryptographic Execution

You retain sole and exclusive custody of your wallet credentials. AutoMint utilizes AES-256 cloud encryption to secure submitted keys at rest. Keys are decrypted exclusively in transient, isolated memory sub-processes solely to assemble and broadcast your designated transactions.

Security Reminder: Never share private keys containing high-value assets. Users are strongly recommended to utilize designated "burner" or minting wallets with only the exact cryptocurrency required for targeted mints and network gas.

4. No Financial or Investment Advice

AutoMint does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. The software executes instructions strictly in accordance with programmatic parameters established by you. No representation is made regarding the future valuation, floor price, liquidity, or authenticity of any third-party NFT drop or collection.

5. Protocol Limitations & Liability Disclaimers

Blockchain networks, RPC relays, and third-party APIs (such as OpenSea) operate independently of AutoMint. Under no circumstances shall AutoMint operators or contributors be liable for network reorgs, blockchain gas spikes, RPC outages, third-party contract exploits, or delays inherent to public consensus networks.
