Blockchain Volatility, Smart Contract & On-Chain Execution Risks

1. Blockchain & Smart Contract Execution Risks

Smart contract interactions are immutable and executed directly on decentralized networks. Interacting with NFT contracts carries inherent technical risks, including smart contract bugs, logic reverts, gas estimation adjustments, and unexpected supply depletion.

On-Chain Gas Consumption: While AutoMint guarantees a 100% refund of its $1.00 automation fee when mints fail or revert, blockchain network gas fees consumed by EVM validators/miners during transaction processing are paid directly to network miners and cannot be recovered.

2. High-Frequency Competition & Sellouts

Highly anticipated drops frequently experience severe network congestion, front-running competition, and supply sellouts within fractions of a second. While AutoMint's pre-snipe engine captures signatures on opening blocks, successful allocation is contingent upon contract capacity and wallet limits.

3. Cryptographic Credential Risk

Loss of your private keys or unauthorized access to your devices can result in total loss of assets. Users are strictly advised to maintain offline backups of their seed phrases and verify that any wallet used with automated tools contains strictly the funds allocated for minting.

4. Regulatory & Jurisdictional Compliance

Digital assets, non-fungible tokens, and decentralized automation technologies may be subject to regulatory frameworks in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with local laws and regulations.
